Reach under the caravan with the spare tire hook and use the bottom leg of the "L" bar to hook the edge of the spare tire rim and pull it out from under the car.

There is, however, a space for one under the car about between the front bucket seats. Inside the car, there is a plug just below the center console. Think abut it. It rainy or snowy out and you have to lower the tire from the inside and than piratically crawl under the van while your legs are sticking out and could possible get run over. I guess you can go on the other side if space allows but still dangerous and not very piratical. I think Dodge missed the boat on this one. I think giving up a little space for safety was overlooked.
